You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it permanently removes your account and everything synced to it: your sign-in email, completed lessons and stars, practice history and answers, study plan and course purchase records on our servers.
In the app
- Open JurisArc, go to the You tab, and tap the round owl button at the top right to open Settings.
- Under Account & sync, tap Delete account.
- Read the summary and tap Delete my account. Deletion happens right away, and the app clears the progress saved on that phone.
By email
If you can't open the app, email support@jurisarc.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by replying, and we finish within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What happens to purchases
Deleting your account doesn't cancel or refund an App Store purchase. Refunds come from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. A course you bought stays tied to your Apple ID: if you create a new account later, Restore a previous purchase brings it back for the same access period.
What we keep
Deleted data can remain in our hosting provider's encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it's overwritten. Apple and our purchase processor, RevenueCat, keep their own transaction records as tax and accounting law requires. See the Privacy Policy for details.
