How can we help?

Email support@jurisarc.com. A person reads every message, and we usually reply within two business days. Include the email you signed in with and your device (for example "iPhone 15, iOS 26") so we can help faster.

Purchases and refunds

  • Restore a course on a new phone: sign in with the same account, then open the course's unlock screen (or Settings) and tap Restore a previous purchase. Use the Apple ID you bought with.
  • Refunds: App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple approves it, the course locks again.
  • No subscription: each course is a one-time payment. Nothing renews or charges you again.
  • How long access lasts: the Baby Bar course covers every Baby Bar sitting through the end of 2027. The California Bar course covers the exam session you chose, until 30 days after its official results. The exact date is shown in the app under Settings, then My course access.
  • Didn't pass? You can apply once per purchase for a free extension to the next sitting. Email us; our team reviews each request by hand.

Your account

  • Do I need an account? No. The free lessons and practice work without one. You need an account to buy a course, so your purchase and progress follow you to every device.
  • Sign-in email didn't arrive: check your spam folder, wait a minute, then request a new link. The link opens the app on the phone you requested it from.
  • Delete your account: see Delete your account.

Content questions

Think a question or explanation is wrong? Email us the course, the subject and the first few words of the question. Our practice content is still in attorney review, and reports like yours help.

JurisArc is independent practice material. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the State Bar of California, and it isn't legal advice. For official exam dates, rules and registration, use the State Bar's own website.

Sounds, notifications and accessibility

  • Turn sound effects, map ambience and haptics on or off in Settings, or with the speaker button on the Today and Learn screens. Your phone's silent switch is always respected.
  • Timed exam mode is always silent, with no animations or mascots.
