Terms of Use

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Injivo, Inc., a California corporation ("we", "us"), for the JurisArc app and the jurisarc.com website (together, "JurisArc"). By using JurisArc you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use JurisArc.

1. What JurisArc is, and isn't

  • JurisArc is independent exam-prep practice: lessons, practice questions, explanations and timed practice for law-licensing exams.
  • It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the State Bar of California, the National Conference of Bar Examiners or any other licensing body. It doesn't register you for an exam, grant credit or certify anything.
  • It isn't legal advice, and using it doesn't create an attorney-client relationship.
  • We can't promise that you'll pass. Scores, stars and XP measure practice in the app; they aren't official scores and don't predict exam results.
  • Our practice content is still being reviewed by attorneys and may contain mistakes. Law and exam rules change, so check official sources for exam dates, rules and formats.

2. Your account

  • You can use the free content without an account. To buy a course you need an account, so your purchase and progress follow you.
  • You must be at least 13 to use JurisArc; if you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms.
  • Keep access to your sign-in email or Apple or Google account secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time, as described on Delete your account.

3. Courses, prices and access

  • Each course is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription. Buying one course never unlocks another.
  • California Baby Bar: access covers every Baby Bar sitting held through the end of 2027 and lasts until 30 days after official results for the last 2027 sitting.
  • California Bar: access covers the exam session you choose when you buy and lasts until 30 days after official results for that session. Only the next session (or the one after, when the next is close) can be chosen.
  • If results are delayed, access continues until 30 days after they're released. To study for a later session, you buy the course again.
  • Free extension: if you don't pass the session your purchase covers, you can apply once per purchase for a free extension to the next sitting. We review each request by hand and may ask for reasonable proof; you may hide personal details in what you send.
  • The free plan includes the first lesson of each subject and a set of practice questions. We may change what's free; that never reduces a course you've bought.

4. Payments and refunds

In the app, purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Apple charges you, and refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, the course locks again. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, may include taxes, and can change for future purchases.

5. Using JurisArc fairly

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, publish or share our lessons, questions, explanations or essays outside the app, or share your account to give others paid access;
  • scrape JurisArc, use bots, or try to get around locks, purchase checks or security features;
  • post or send us real exam questions from a licensing exam you sat, or anything else you're not allowed to share;
  • break the law or the rules of any licensing body while using JurisArc.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Our content

JurisArc, including its lessons, questions, explanations, characters, artwork and sounds, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own study while your access lasts. Feedback you send us (for example reporting a mistake) may be used to improve JurisArc without obligation to you.

7. Disclaimers

JurisArc is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that JurisArc will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for exam results, lost opportunities or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about JurisArc is limited to the amount you paid us for the course the claim is about in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Apple

If you got the app from Apple's App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance; Apple isn't responsible for claims about the app (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims); if the app fails a warranty that applies, you may ask Apple for a refund of its price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

10. Changes and ending

We may update JurisArc and these Terms. If a change to the Terms is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use JurisArc afterward means you accept it. You can stop using JurisArc at any time.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to sue there.
